I've lifted wieghts and built muscle by doing incline flies decline flies and over the head decline pulls,(for the lower part of breasts) and have jumped 2 cup sizes. They look great I might add. Use a heavy weight 10 times in 4 reps a day.

A little bit of bullworker exercise will lift your chest and raise them a bit. If you over do it though you'll turn them into muscle and they'll shrink.
I happen to know the British women's weightlifting champion for her weight and she has a gorgeous firm bust. It's only in competition time that they appear to shrink a bit when she works out harder to get into competition condition.
Hope this helps.

The only way I can think of, is weight gain. But I'm sure you don't want to do that. Don't buy magic pills, they don't work and are full of chemicals.

I sugest that, take a hot water & cold water. take a cloth, massage tha brest once with hot water &once with cold water. do it for 1 hour
It makes bust firm and bigger, bcoz hormons get active by doing this.
