You can go to a store that sells bras and get a free fitting. Lingerie stores, JCPenney, etc.

You have to be measured to find out exactly what size you are. I used to think I was a 34B, then I got measured at Dillard's... I actually am a 32DD. Also you can fluctuate... after say weight loss or gain, and after child birth so it's good to be measured after any change in your body.

your bra size is actually determined by the measurement around your ribs just under your bust;
you cup size is the difference between that measurement & the measurement around the fullest part of your bust.
the bigger the difference - the larger the cup size

Go ask anyone who works on the bra department... any bra specialty stores should do.

I was measured very accuretly at Victoria's Secret. I prefer being measured there where everyone is shopping for the same thing, I hate being measured by those old department store women!

or try some bra's on and see which one feels the
most comfortable and supportive

In the lingerie dept, all of their cashiers are trained to do bra fittings. Most people don't know this but they are....
