It sucks doesn't it? I got really bad headaches during the first trimester. The only thing that helped me (I didn't want to take pills) was extra naps and tons of water. You would not believe how much water and sleep can help your body. So, if you can, try it out. ;)

Headaches are normal during pregancy, due to all the hormonal changes. You just cant take anything other than Tylenol.

I had headaches alot in my first trimester. My dr said it was normal due to hormone changes. However I am now 25 weeks and my blood pressure is a little high and they have to monitor me to make sure I don't get preeclamsia. I would talk to your dr about it.

not to worry too much. alot of women experience worse or more frequent headahces during pregnancy. your blood flow has increased drastically. if you're very uncomfortable, give your nurse/midwife a call. tylenol is safe to take during pregnancy also.

if they are normal....anything that is abnormal in pregnancy or not you should contact your doctor....there are a lot of hormones coursing through your system so they could result in headaches...i would suggest you call your doc and ask, it never hurts to ask but it can hurt to ignore it.

saw a thing on the tv the other day where a boy overdosed on ibuprofin (tylenol) and died.

not trying to scare you just trying to educate you.
