One of my friends says she is not sure if she is a vigin because one day she got really drunk doesn't remember what she did and the guy is telling her they did something... she is not sure
any ideas??

I think if she notifies the police that she was raped by that guy while drunk they would be glad to arrange for a test of her virginity. And I am sure that if the guy just made it up to annoy her he will rethink his sense of humor while out on bail awaiting trial.

no one knows for sure. My hymen got broke when i climbed a metal paneled fence and it was icy and slipped and came right down on it. painful experience but that didn't mean i wasn't a virgin. this guy could be saying this just to ruin her rep or she did refuse him even when she was drunk and he's angry about that. If she was drunk and she did it then its something she'll have to forget as alcohol can ruin your own conciense. Could this jerk have drugged her too? I mean unless she got just totally smashed she should remember something if she was just drunk... usually. If i were her I would still classify myself as a virgin with her. IF this guy makes a scene she can simply say it must have been so bad it didn't happen cause I sure didn't remember a thing. Throw it back in his face and maybe he'll come clean and then again maybe not. But still classify herself as a virgin ;)

She'd have to see a doctor or nurse to check on that one. It's best she visits one soon,or a clinic,in case she picked up a disease off the guy. The guy is a rat for sleeping with her when she was drunk. It could be called rape,so tell him not to go around bragging about it. As for your friend,it was so stupid to get that drunk. Next time she might not make it back home

If he had penitrated her she would have been sore the next day. And probably longer. Also if he did anything without her consent that would be rape.
I suspect he is talking to try to get her into bed or build up his own reputation.
If she is really worried about it a doctor can tell with a short examination if her hymen has been broken.

1- If she was so drunk that she doesn't remember and he did have sex with her, she didn't consent. In short she was raped, she should file charges against him. See what happens at trial, if he gets convicted, she isn't a virgin, if he doesn't she isn't.
Problem solved, there is no #2.

Almost sounds like date rape= yuck- did he use a condom?? if not there should have been semen- or he is just full of crap and messing with her head- don't get drunk= it is not safe or healthy= and don't drink and drive- you could kill yourself or someone else= D

No way to know if she really can't remember. The hymen being intact is one way, but it could have easily been broken iserting tampons, or by excercise.

You can't tell by looking so if she honestly doesn't remember than nobody knows. Let's just leave it at that she's a virgin.

She would have to get a gynelogical exam to see if her hymen has been ruptured. Although, a tampon can do that do. She may never know.
