For a square inch? LOL! No way, do the math, that's alot of money!
1 acre = 6,272,640 square inches

That's $627,264,000 an acre!

You want to know if I would pay $100 for a SQUARE INCH of land??
NO!!! I can think of better things to spend a $100 on than only enough dirt to fill a tablespoon or so......

Well, I would not, because I do not have that kind of money
However, there are lots of people buying land on the island of Barbados who are paying more than that!!!!
