After going to the west hall you'll see a wardrobe sleeping in front of a door. Get on the left side of it and use the trigger command "Push" to move it. Once the wardrobe wake up, stop immediately, otherwise you're in for a beating.
After you move the wardrobe completely out of the way and she'll let you through. Once you reach the basement get ready for a boss battle.
On a last note, let me say this battle is kinda easy. Heal as needed, use the trigger command "Release", kill the possessor heartless that floats around, repeat. Use Valor Form towards the end of the battle, hopefully it'll level up.

You need to find the wardrobe that is blocking the entrance to the dungeon and push it to one side. Do it carefully so it doesn't wake up.
