A woman masturbating is not going to affect her chances of getting pregnant - if anything it would make it more likely.
Guys produce sperm pretty quickly, but each time he ejaculates in a day, there will be less sperm in his ejaculate, he needs time to refuel - he's better off saving it up for the missus if the couple is trying to get pregnant.

No, masterbation does not effect the amount of eggs you release every month. You still release one. The only thing I can think of is if you are masterbating, you are not having sex with your partner and thus cannot get pregnant.
It may be different for men, I don't know.

Mastbating is completely normal and has nothing to do with getting pregnant. Your body should release one egg a month whether you masterbate or not
