I have the same problem as you. I'm Indian, have yellow undertones and I find it very hard to find a shade to match me. Yesterday, I tried out some Flirt! Cosmetics at Kohls and found a shade to match me perfectly. They have testers, makeup removers, mirrors and good lighting so you can try everything you want. It's about $12, they have sales though, but the makeup is very natural and light, it feels so soft on my face, and like I have nothing on. Their concealer is good as well. And they have a lot of shades.
If that doesn't work for you, I suggest using the Prescriptives brand. They will match your skin tone right there and then. It's $32 a bottle, but if you can't find your shade, it's worth it. Good luck!

I use Neutrogena Healthy Skin Enhancer. It has retinol, SPF, and a tint all within a moisturizer. It is wonderful for skin! Also, Benefit makes a really great tinted moisturizer. For a little higher price, you can't beat Laura Mercier's tinted moisturizer. It covers so well and looks amazingly natural. Try sephora.com or beauty.com

Some of the best tinted moisturizers are from Laura Mercier, which has a nice color selection, Tarte (theirs is a light liquid foundation but it's amazing and has SPF too!) and DuWop.

I have alot of yellow undertones in my skin and found that Neutrogena healthy defense daily mositurizer TINTED works best for me. It has SPF 15 that protects your skin and the fact that it's tinted helps even out skin tone

I'm hispanic too, so I feel ya. I've had good luck w/ Revlon's Skinbrights line. They come in forgiving colors, and since they have all the light reflectors in them, you can't tell if the match isn't perfect.
