last year, many scientists were claiming that this year would have many hurricanes. we had exaclty no hurricanes this year, only a tropical depression in florida that hardly caused any damage. gas prices originally went up only because of the global warming scare. the global warming causes anti-capitalism.
my question: are the "creators" of global warming the ex-communist leaders who created it because of the fall of the soviet union in order to hinder capitalism? everyone knows that what most global warming cheerleaders want is against capitalism. I can understand environmental protection, but 30 years ago people were thinking about global cooling. could the leaders of America's green party actually be operating under the pseudoname "environmentalists"? to stop "global warming" would mean to use less oil and produce less. this would cause capitalism to decrease, which would give communism/socialism yet another chance. are they

There's a very simple answer to your question. The argument for global warming is not against capitilism it is in fact for it.

After all, if we destroy the earth and deplete it resources like gold, oil, iron, water and other resources and commodities how would capitalism be practiced? There would be no buy or sell, supply or demand because there would be nothing to supply and nothing to demand.

While it may cost a little more at first, encouraging more environmentally friendly practices and energy sources can only benefit us in the long run, regardless of the motivations today.

Just recognizing that we have the power to totally screw up our planet is a great first step.

I believe, actually, that by promoting new technology, we would be promoting capitalism. Competition among new eco-friendly technology would be a boon. If people think they can make money doing it, they will compete, which will drive capitalism.

what's the point of making money if you can't breathe?
Global warming exists...the causes are what is in debate. If you feel you have an impact, you adjust your life...by PAYING for recycling, by BUYING bottled water, by DRIVING expensive hybrid vehicles, and the list goes on. If anything, it changes the market, it doesn't eradicate it. Good business in eco friendly products...go check out organic sometime and you will see that family farmers are actually able to live off of their product, without government subsidy. But I guess if a good idea comes form someone you disagree with based on party affiliation, you aren't allowed to adopt it. Sad.

Maybe but I believe the liberal agenda has turned this into something its not. Al Gore claims that man alone has caused the planet to warm. This is a crock!!! If by the label communist you meant liberal, then yes.
