You won't be calling him your mate for much longer and your girl sounds great doesn't she? She is still going out with your mate but messing around with you. What makes you think she won't do this with you AND you would have lost your pal. Think carefully before you act, sorry to sound like an old fogie but you could be losing more than what you think you might be getting.

Tell her not to play around with a pair of mates hearts, it will right itself if its meant to be in the right way.

If she likes you why she goes with your mate? Something wrong some where..Why do you waste your time and brain for someone who couldn't make her own decision?

Tell her that you really like her as well but that she has to break it off with your mate, and tell her that you don't want to be the reason for the breakup but if and when she does break it off to give you a call.

i had the exact same problem! my answer to this, being a young male, was to convince the woman to see me without my friend knowing. however guilt got the better of me and i soon confessed all to my friend. this ended our friendship and i have regretted it ever since. you need to ask yourself who you value more, the woman who more then likely will not last or your friend.

THEN WHAT IS SHE DOING DATING HIM!!!!!
Why do you like a girl who plays such games? She's dating your friend, but she doesn't like him.......hmmmm
Even if you did date her, you would be violating the friendship code: No leftovers!
Get over her. She's not worth it.

This is a somewhat convoluted question.
The short answer is :- Do nothing !
"There are more fish in the sea than . . . . .. ."
So take heart !

You do nothing.
It is his problem. It is her problem. It isn't, at this point, your problem.
