Is it somewhere over the rainbow?

It was the guy from star wars/trek that sang it (cant remember his name now) but it was just his voice and a banjo or something?

well there are a couple of artists MARMALADE back in 1970 or PETERS & LEE back in 1974 unless your title is wrong as there are many with the word rainbow in it.
