I agree.
I am a HUGE Chiefs fan and the sad thing is that Rolle might have saved the game for the Cardinals with that cheep shot.
I am glad KC won,
There was nothing accidental about it, he grabbed it from the side at full stride, twisted his head around and did not let go until his head hit the ground.
Suspension is in order.
Side note: the Arizona fans acted in a VERY classy way, they chanted Larry, Larry, and gave a huge applause when he got up.
Showed class especially because it looked like LJ had just won the game for KC.
We should ALL learn from the example of those fans.
Peace!

Yah that was vicious. I think the NFL would argue about his intent, that he was trying to make a play, and therefore wasn't malicious. (Unlike Haynesworth, the criminal!) The facemask warranted an ejection at the very least. I would support a fine coming down from the NFL to send a message.
I hope he's ready to go in Week 6, he's my only good back.

A. It was a cheap, cheap, cheap, velveeta cheap shot. Atrelle or whatever aimed to grab his facemask.
B. Though suspension maybe in order from us (people), the NFL won't pursue. Open acts of aggression (Albert Haynesworth to the Cowboys center), and not cheap shots (Larry Johnson Facemask), are what get players suspended.

I agree. People need to be held accountable. He could have been killed or paralized. He reached around behing him and grabbed the mask! If he hadnt grabbed his mask, he would have been in the endzone. Arizona should take the initiative and give him a fine and suspend him theirselves to send a message that this won't be tolerated, no matter what the circumstances. Imagine hypothetically, that this was a Super Bowl game, and in doing this, changed the outcome of the game. The whole country would be in an uproar.

I think he should be fined and suspended, but I don't see it happening. I think that was the most obvious, intentional facemask I have seen in a long time.

That was brutal. Anyone who has ever had that happen to them cringed when they saw it. Should be a definite fine, but I don't think the NFL will suspend him. Depends on if they think it was intentional or not.
