I don't think there has ever been so much unrest in the world and it really wouldn't suprise me if there was another world war within the next 10 years or so. Everywhere we look there are problems and it doesnt help when you have nutcases running such volatile countries as Iran, Afganistan and Korea. Whatever the case....somebody hold Bush down......enough done already!!!

Im 25, and well educated as well as socially conscious(not just a zealot), and i think i will definately be around for the end of the world. I hate the whole global warming thing, cuz as a race, we are so gonna destroy the world before that even really matters. The whole nuclear thing has always been an issue with n. korea tho, its not gonna be the trigger, but theres a huge gap between the classes all over the world, and this is breeding some serious malcontent. There's a serious misuse of the worlds' resources at the minute, it only gets worse. I mean, why should some people, of the same race, with the same basic needs and desires, drink champagne every day and some people have to walk three miles in the scorching sun for clean water? Considering, if you took like, 5% of the wealth of 5% of the wealthiest people in the world you could likely build irrigation systems and filtration plants that would provide this essential thing for all? It doesnt take a genius to see that logic, but it also doesnt take a rich prick who doesnt wanna let go of a penny. So the poor are gonna get pissed off and probably blow everyone up one day. And i say good riddance to bad rubbish. Humanity is greedy, and evil, and deserves to end, thats my opinion.

WW3 is inevitable whilst governments around the World are overstocked with men. Men are naturally aggressive and because recruitment of politicians is carried out without any interest in the type of characters they are, and how they will react to different situations, it is no wonder that there has not been a day since WW2 when there has been peace everywhere in the World.
Time for Women to take over - not women like Blair's Babes or Cameron's Chicks, or Liberals Lolitas - just good well balanced, perceptive, middle of the road introvert/extrovert, intuitive, thinkers with a desire to help others experience a sense of achievement. No more judgemental megalomaniacs with the inability to delegate and lead a team.

You are behind times. WWIII is already here and it will last a long time.
It is not fought like the other two were. Terror has been around for a long time and now has become very high tech. It can be any place any time.
N Korea is a problem and has to be addressed. It is not the spark to begin an all out conventional war. Iran is just as much of a threat and most likely will not cause it either. I think Israel needs an eye kept on it as well.
All out world war is not likely now. If it were to happen then as they say bend over and kiss.

I feel that with all the nuclear bombs being in so many countries that soon someone will use one. We cannot trust that all people who have the go ahead of whether to bomb or not have true knowledge as to what the effect will be worldwide. We have created this monster and I am afraid that soon someone will unleash this power. I think that WW3 is already in progress, it is just a matter of time before we know who will be involved and what will happen to the world. There are no winners in a nuclear war so it may well end the planet as we know it even if we are not involved in the bombing.

Nuclear warfare is strange, the only reason, Iran and North Korea are threatening to develop nuclear power and test nuclear bombs is because the USA has thousands of bombs at their disposal. During the Korean war the U.S. troops mis treated and killed many North Korean civilians, there has been tension every since. In late august/september the U.S. started to put more pressure on the Koreans to stop their nuclear research. This triggered the North Koreans to broadcast on state television that they were going to test a Nuclear bomb in thier own country when it was safe to do so. The only country (from wat i have read) that could have any real influence on North Korea was China, but they seem to have left it too late. In the early hours of this morning "officials" suspect North Korea tested a bomb. China, Japan and the U.S. are researching this as you read.
Why Nuclear warfare is strange..
If country, A was to threaten to bomb another country, B with nuclear weaponary, country B would then use the same threat on country A, here they come to a stale-mate, and the tension remains....no military action will be taken. Iran and North Korea are scared of the other superpowers (all of whom have Nuclear weapons, plus others) so they want to increase their self defence it seems.
But we need to be nice to china, maybe the new head of the UN can assist in resolving this highly politcal matter.

The "powers" will do everything to avoid a global war. But North Korea has few friends, including even China. I don't know who Kim Jong-il (as in "mentally il") would ally with to create global conflict, and I don't think that ugly little pipsqueak could foment WW3, though he can sure stir up a lot of trouble. He may, with luck, lose control, especially if China helps with sanctions.

Hitler didn't wake up one day and start a military takeover of Europe with the rest of the world on his to-do list. He had a lot of help, and the initital poverty of the German people was part of the plan. WWII began long before the first bombs were dropped. As in chess, in order to play you have to set up the pieces first. What you are seeing is the board being set up so the game of WWIII can be played out. This time, the chess players have hidden themselves pretty well, in case someone tries to stop the game again. The good news is, there is no place they can go to hide from God.

I think we're already in WW3 with the terrorism sponsored by Iran and Syria and their staging grounds in Iraq and Lebanon. And now it turns out Russia was helping the Hezbollah try to destroy Israel. With France too weak and Germany and Russia turning on us, we're in a heap of trouble. Sadly, we've let it get this bad by ignoring these problems for the last 20 years.
And it may be China financing N. Korean nukes.
Looks like we're surrounded by violence against the free world. I think our only true allies are Australia and England.
Might be time to say our prayers...

The only way war will break out is if North Korea suddenly finds a big oil fiield, then and only then will the americans claim to solve the North Korean problem once and for all....by using force. North Korea has now got a deterrant.
