One sperm is all it takes to get pregnant. It can live for 72 hours in your body. Always use a condom. Unless you want to get pregnant.

Only one...sperm can live 48 to 72 hours, inside of you! But if it is outside like on a sheet or something then it will die!

It take just one... too small to be viewed by the naked eye and it doesn't do well in the air. It needs a warm dark moist area.

only one strong sperm mosly .. other times 2 or more that is what we call twin triplets etc.
