How are you?

I am well and tired. How do I look?

I'm making a story and I need my characters to talk like this.
I have trouble with the whole thou/thee thing
thanks

Depends what year you are in. Middle English and Old English are both nearly unrecognizable to a modern reader. Look at the works of Geoffrey Chaucer from the 14th century.

I would say, in Chaucerian English, tyhis would be:

"How artow?" (Assuming these are friends talking, otherwise you would need the formal "Howe be yow?")
"I am wele, and forswonken. How loke I?" (If the person here talking is an aristocrat, they might use the "Royal We.") (Also, if this is English aristocracy pre-fourteenth century, they wouldn't speak English they would speak French.)

I am not that good at talking forsoothly but hope this helps. If not refer to the following source below for more helpful guidelines.

A.How are you?
""Fair Day!", "How dost thou?","How now lass/lad?"

B.I am well and tired. How do I look?
"I am well indeed thou tired. I pray doust tell me how I look?"

Look, if you ask folks on YA to write your story for you, it will SOUND like it was written by folks on YA.

All good writers do research. You might want to start with Shakespeare for some good examples of this type of speech.
