Well, as Juventina has said many times before, Touzours didn't honour the bet as he promised to.
To stop the verbal abuse, he could easily send personal e-mails acknowledging that he broke his promises, and ask RO35 to cease the inappropriate language.
Touzours has already insulted the Italians countless times in his history as a Yahoo! Answers user. You must have noticed what kind of foul words he has chosen to use against Italian fans, and I hope you won't post so many Italy-bashing "questions" that include such words yourself!

This is one of Touzours questions...so tell Touzours that Italians are honourable unlike him that can't follow the rules of the bet, and as for verbally abusing RO35...look up verbal abuse in the dictionary and your answer will be Touzours!!
