Hey guys

So yes finally i decided to get bigger breast and in the process in finding the best cosmetic surgeons in NYC and dont know where to start.

Would some of the ladies be so kinda and who went throw all of this please give advise on how to find a surgeon.

I agree with nangari, don't get them unless you already have kids, or you don't want kids. You never know what child birth will do to them. And I as a guy would much rather be with a female who has real breasts, even if they are smaller. And yes, I would LOVE to keep my woman lactating by 'milking' her if she would let me or wanted me too. :-D

Hi. Wow, that's a big decision you've made. Good idea looking into it and doing lots of research. Sounds like you want to get the best and are prepared to pay for it. I have heard you can still breastfeed after breast surgery so you might like to consider asking the surgeons you check out what they say about it if you are considering having children and breastfeeding them.

By the way, if you are considering having children and breastfeeding them, it's the cheapest and easiest way of getting a breast enlargement. I went up 2 cup sizes when I started breastfeeding 6.5yrs ago. And I've heard some guys like it so your hubby might keep up your new size by 'milking' you.

I m not sure about the surgeon but i myself tried exercise...i do yoga regularly and push ups. i didnt used to cover C cups now i m full c Cup. the breast are not shagging either. u might try as well
