Do you have droopy eyelids? If so I recommend asking your doctor about the 'forehead scrunching' as this may be a sign of ptosis. I had droopy eyelids and was using my forehead muscles to hold my eyes open. Your lack of sleep could be due to medical problems such as sleep apnea. I had both a serious lack of sleep and the forehead scrunch and was diagnosed in a sleep lab with apnea which I now use a CPAP machine for and sleep much better. Also had surgery on my forehead and eyes to lift them and no longer 'scrunch'. A plastic surgeon would make a quick diagnosis on your forehead, although it may cost $100 or so for a consult...if you have droopy eyes as well as excess skin on your forehead, you may be pulling your forehead up with the excess skin because your eyes feel half closed so to compensate you're doing that 'scrunch' to open your eyes wider. Worth looking into..check out ptosis pictures on the web, and 'before' pictures of people who had forehead lifts to and see if they look anything like what you're experiencing...hope this helps.

hi
first of all chill hun...ok.....nothing in life is worth getting stressed about,.. not money, not people,events,..what ever the problem is with you....you need to start de-stressing your self and your capable of doing this

take time out for your self
try 10mins a day... some where quiet, with some deep breathing excercises

take up excercise, something like jogging and kick boxing these will de-stress you, and let out any built up anger or tension, also check with the doctor 1st that your fit enough to do it

eat a balanced diet, drink plenty of water 10 glasses minimum per day...most important get some sleep on a regular basis
once your dealing with all the above, stress will become a thing of the past every thing will be so much easier.
GOOD LUCK

Isn't the answer obvious!!

Get more sleep and chill out a little. Nothing is ever worth stressing over that much.
If it's impossible to fix walk away from it.

Chill out, reflect on what's really important in life and enjoy it.

If all that fails, have botox. x
