You should give yourself a pat on the back for avoiding surgery!!!
The problem with fibroid tumors can simply be resolved by restoring proper progesterone levels, which restores normal growth and shedding of the endometrium.
Recommendations for healing fibroids by Dr. John Lee:
WHAT TO DO:
*Use natural progesterone cream.
*Eat a plant-based, fiber rich diet (at least 20-30g fiber per day)
*Take a liver-supporting and detoxifying herbal formula that includes the following herbs: Bupleurum, milk thistle (silybum marianum), barberry or goldenseal, burdock root, yellow dock, dandelion root. {Green Qi would be great for this}
*Take a uterus-healing herbal formula that includes some or all of the following herbs: myrrh, red raspberry, cayenne, Bupleurum, yarrow, vitex and lady's mantle (Alchemilla mollis)
*Use a castor oil pack 2-4 times a week (many books on herbal healing have instructions on how to make and use a castor oil pack.)
WHAT TO AVOID:
*Unopposed estrogen
*Dairy products
*Feed-lot meats (eat only range-fed, organic meats free of drugs and pestiside residue)
*Coffee (heavily sprayed with DDT)

I understand that you fear not being able to have kids, but the longer you delay conventional therapy on your fibroids, the more risk you have of infertility or miscarriage.
I tried the herbal supplements and they worked for awhile. The fibroids didn't go away but they got smaller.
However you can't take the supplements when you get pregnant as they threaten the fetus.
When I finally got pregnant, the fibroids grew again with the pregnancy hormones. I had an extremely high risk pregnancy, a very difficult birth and a preterm baby. She had a learning delay from lack of nutrients due to the fibroids.
I was unable to have a full term pregnancy after the birth.
I very strongly urge you to avoid my mistake and have them removed as soon as possible. You may be saving your ability to have children and you will save yourself a lot of heartache.

I have a fibroid that I am dealing with and with prayer faith and herbs I hope to see shrinkage at my next MRI in a few weeks. Mine is 9.2 centimeters. Ugh.. I am 49 want no more kids but am also not to keen on having unessary surgery. So I am doing the holistic approach. I think it's working because I have eliminated some side effects of fibroids but won't be sure till I have the second MRI.

Don't worry about the fibroids. I had fibroids and the doctor gave me some allopathic medication, the fibroids went away. After this I had 2 children. So don't worry about not being able to reproduce after treatment. What you should be worried about are the herbal treatments because most of them are not scientifically tested and may have side effects.

Many fibroids will go down on their own. I had one on my ovaries that almost disappeared on its own after becoming so painfully inflamed it put me in the ER. Other types of fibroids never shrink. Herbs have nothing to do with it. I didn't follow a special diet or exercise plan or use any product. It just went away. I can believe that stress reduction would help but not that other stuff.

Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee keep in touch with me thru e-mails.Over a year ago I was diagnosed with the worst fibroid uterine tumor they have ever seen,,Iv had extensive tests done.I have not done anything yet because I aslo want to avoid surgery. They say they are too large to laser out.I have been reading the book by Suzanne Sommers called "the sexy years" which talks about bio-identical hormones.Iv also read that surgery is more dangerous than the fibroids themselves. We can work together on this.I am single & in my 40's. Please get back.

I also had fibroids and now have cysts in my reconstructed breasts (after breast cancer), which shocked everyone. I am taking evening primrose and vitamin E. The evening primrose is 1000mg from Nature's Sunshine and the Vitamin E is 500mg. One daily is supposed to dry these things up within 2 months (it DID work for a friend of mine) and I was also told to add Vitamin B6. Some of us with thryoid issues swell when using flaxseed and some other supplements.

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.
In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/prYnD
