Well, how about picking up the phone and saying the words..do you want to go out tonight?, and suggest something fun and heartwarming, and she should say yes. And never pick up a date empty handed. Flowers are the best!! bright bold colors to really catch her eye! and the always open the car door for her. OK, the rest will all come together.

well do it smoothly don't fuss over her just let her know your interested and then back off abit make her do a little work then find out where she goes try to be there to bump in to her then start talking when you know she likes you then ask her if she would like to go for a drink some time DONT try any chat up line

Find out what she's interested in - if she likes a certain kind of movie (or a particularly actor) and there's a new one out, then invite her to see it with you.
