Yes - it's in the London borough of Brent. You can get there from Central London on the Metropolitan or Jubilee line.
Middlesex County was incorporated into Greater London in 1965. Middlesex is still used informally as an area name and may be included in some postal addresses.

Wembley is in Middlesex, which is a County like Yorkshire, Essex, Hampshire etc. It is however in the London vicinity and can be classed as London. It has a London Underground station also. So its not officially in London but to Londoners it is!
