I just recently conjured the idea that I am bi. And I was wondering if I should tell my parents, keep in mind that I am 14. And please dont say "you should be studying, not pondering your sexual orientation." Because Im trying to ask a serious question. And it simply is should i tell my parents now or wait until they give the "its okay to be gay" speech?

Think your Bi? I would hold off telling anyone, especially mom and dad until you are at least Sure you are Bi.

No sense upsetting them prematurely... wait at least till you KNOW...

I am glad though that you have parents you feel you can talk to about it. They must have done a good job raising you.

If more kids could and would talk to parents, maybe there would be fewer kids in trouble these days...

Hey well you might just be going through some lil stage and you might think No I know I am But really you are just 14 You have lots to come wait until you are at least 18 and when you are soo positive and don't make ut all abviouse that you are bi. may be you will change your mind. Not to disrspect but Why would you go with a girl, at jsut 14 doing stuff like that! uuhh it might be a good I dea I guess right know that you are in high shchool couse you don;t worry of getting prego but always be carefull couse The person might never look like they have a disease and they do. Always be carefull with who you mess around with REMEBER when you mess around with someone you mess around with the person they were with and so forth it's a chain. Ok GOOD Luck.

First of all....you may NEVER get that speech. But if you feel very strongly abou this then sit down and talk to them. They may be more understanding then you might think that they are going to be. Just tell them that it doens't change who you are, and you are still the same person that they knew 10 minutes ago..... If you are not comfortable talking yet, then wait. But don;t wait too long, until they find out from somebpdy else. It should come from you, the one that they love
