You're getting a lot of different answers, so let's be clear.

A. Wrong. Polysaccharides are made of simple sugars.
B. Wrong Glycerol is a component of triglycerides (fatty acids)
C. True. RNA is made of nucleotides.
D. Wrong Protein is made of amino acids.

C is the correct answer. The nucleotides in RNA are cytosine, guanine, adenine, and uracil.

RNA differs from DNA in its use of uracil rather than the nucleotide thymine found in DNA. (It differs in other ways also.)

How are so many people convinced that amino acids are made of proteins?! Amino acids are the monomers that are joind by peptide link to make a protein(s). Polysaccharides are made of monomers...ie simple sugars so its neither A or D. As for B that is ridiculous...Glycerol is an alcohol more commonly known as propan-1,2,3- triol fatty acids are separate components..which join to the glycerol to produce a triester (or lipid)

Whereas RNA, ribonucleic acid, is made up of nucleotides...adenine, cytosine, guanine and uracil(as opposed to thymine in DNA)

c. RNA molecules are made of nucleotides

The other possibilities are wrong. In particular, despite all the "answers" you have received, amino acids are the building blocks for protein, not the other way around.

You got a lot of different answers, but it would be best to study chemistry yourself, since this is supposed to be a learning exercise. In any case, RNA is comprised exclusively of nucleotide monomers, so it's C. The twenty different amino acids are needed to CREATE proteins, but may not themselves be proteins.
The answer from gurkanji is both condescending and wrong; laughable, actually.

I will say C.
polysaccharides are made of simple sugar
Glycerol is not a fatty acid.
proteins are made of amino acids.

a. is not true because simple sugars and monosaccharides make up lipids (fats)
b. is not true because glycerol and fatty acids make up carbohydrates
c. is not true because nucleic acids are made up of nucleotides
d. is true

All the statements are false. It should be...
Polysaccharides are made up of simple sugars.
Fatty acids are made up of glycerol.
Nucleotides are made up of RNA molecules.
Protein are made up of amino acids.

C. RNA molecules are made up of four different nucleotides; adenine, guanine, cytosine and uridine.

RNA=RiboNUCLEAIC Acid. Does that help? I'd venture to guess it's C.
