Yes most of the times. but i really hate those who ask stupid questions and those who give stupid answers like "i dont know" or "i've no idea". why do they bother to answer if they dont know it??

well, yes and no.
for some questions, they get all the attention because of what they're asking. like, "why do you fart?" or anything like that.
and some people just type nonsense because they like seeing people's reactions.
