How about talking to him face to face instead of sneaking around looking at text messages and phone records. So many people resort to technology to ask basic questions and find out things which could be easily done face to face.

Ask or you will never truly know.

He may already be cheating. If he hasn't, he sounds like he's close to cheating soon. My opinion would be to have a heart to heart and let him know what you're feeling and going through. Tell him how you miss the good times and hopefully he'll either make an effort to re-connect with you or at least be honest with you.

Even if he hasn't cheated, it appears there are some issues otherwise he wouldn't be out at a bar without you on a Friday night until the wee hours in the morning. If he doesn't make an effort to appease your worries or compromise in your relationship, then he's probably not worth it to begin with. I sincerely hope it works out for you.

Has he ever told a lie to you before? If he hasn't (that you know of) then what ever your heart tells you is probably the truth of the matter. Another thing you can do is be completely up front with him, let him know that you saw that he'd made the call on Friday, and ask him what really happened. If he gets upset and tries to avoid the issue, there is a likely hood he's not telling you the truth. If he sticks to his original statement, then he is likely telling the truth. The course you take from there is up to you. Good Luck.

Obviously he didn't meet her at the bar since he spoke to her at 6:30. I have no idea what hunted until dark means but its seems he told a lie. Go with your gut instincts. They are usually right.

He's probably not having an affair,he could have arranged to go out with her and not mentioned it to avoid any issues but ended up creating one anyway. Or he is cheating in which case you really need more proof. Happy hunting.

I would simply talk to him about it, because the longer that you leave it before you say anything you will just keep brewing on it and what has happened might have a simple explenation, but the longer you leave it this may get a lot worse than what it has to be.

Hmm.... Let it go...... Well pretend like you're letting it go anyway.... And next time something like that happens pay more attention to detail...... You'll notice how the story changes a tiny bit every time until they're busted...... Trust me they are idiots..... I caught mine this way a million times......

the best thing is to ask him but then how do you justify checking his phone. Is that not a bit of insecurity?
