if you get caught in exam hall because of cheating with those evidence...now the universiti give you a chance to explain...what should you say?what can do?

Tell them that there is no justification for cheating. Tell them that you were wrong. Take full responsibility. Tell them you have learned from this lesson, and ask for their mercy.
Then -- never EVER cheat again.

The university people dealing with this have dealt with hundreds of cases of it already, but this is your first time. No matter what you try to think of to get out of it, they have heard it scores of times before and seen through it, and you will just make things worse for yourself by trying to outsmart them. The other answerers are correct. Tell the truth. If you know why you cheated, tell them that truthfully too. It can't make things any worse, and it might help a little bit.

Don't try to make excuses, because that's all they hear all day. Tell them the honest truth: You were cheating, but you have (hopefully) learnt your lesson, and act like you are truly sorry, because that will be what they want to see.

If you are open and honestly admit to cheating they may be more lenient. That doesn't mean there won't be consequences. However if they see that you are truly sorry and that you won't be repeating the incident then they are more likely not to fail you or expell you
