Like their own guide/priest/priestess??

We only have priestesses and priests if we are in a coven, most witches practise alone and use guides and elementals

They do. I think that they are called high priests and priestesses.

Elders are all parents/ancestors so certainly in one sense they do.

They have ritual guides but leadership is not that well defined.
