everytime you have sex you have a chance of getting pregnant, even if he doesn't get off inside you, even if you guys are using a comdom or use any other birth control method. Pregnancy could always be a consequence and people who have sex should have this in mind always, and be able to asume this responsibility if it comes. Even if he pulss out there can be sperm in the precum, and the only thing you need to get pf is one of his little swimmers reaching your egg. It's better if you are on the pill or any other method and also use a condom ( use it just to prevent std). Good luck

Yes you can get pregnant, even if he doesn't ejaculate inside of you. There is pre ejaculate that contains sperm. Even when you are having fore-play he has pre-ejaculate, so when he does put it in you are putting yourself at risk for pregnancy, not to mention STDs.
