Well, you have not mentioned what Graphics card you currently have. The spec of your PC is fine for gaming but depending on your graphics card that is the one thing you could upgrade to make your PC better. The rest seems pretty good.

I don't see how you can even use the PC without a videocard. And since you have an intel processor just upgrade to DDR2 memory (To do that you'll need a mobo that supports it and you cant use your old memory anymore. And if you have the money get the DDR2/800 not the slower DDR2/533 and 667. I searched for your mobo on newegg but I only found the 661FX7MI-RS. It has onboard video (which is a bo no-no in gaming). But that mobo only supports AGP 8x which is dead due to PCI-E cards. But a good AGP card is the GeForce 7800GS http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductCompare.asp?Category=38&N=2010380048+1069609639+1305520548+106790717&Submit=ENE&Nty=1&SubCategory=48&CompareItemList=N82E16814143046%2CN82E16814150131%2CN82E16814130269%2CN82E16814130274

Looks good, but you haven't listed a graphics card, which is worrying. Technically you shouldn't be able to use that PC as you have no where to plug your monitor in!

So what graphics card does it have? Where did you buy it from? Most manufacturers skimp on graphics cards as they can be the single most expensive component in a PC. Make sure you have a decent one!

Otherwise everything else is near enough top of the range. If you're doing anything that needs a lot of storage, like video editing, you might need a second hard drive. Or possibly invest in a bigger, better monitor, depending on the one you have.

you seem to have missed out what graphic card you have,so depending on what graphic interface you have (agp or pci-express) you can buy some pretty decent priced graphic cards these days if you look around
when looking for a graphics card you need to look for a)the memory..you need at least 128mb ram b) pixel and shader model...you need at least pixel and shader model 2.0(but you should get p+s model 3.0 if you can) and c)the interface ..agp cards are suppose to be slower than pci-express but i have agp as i still think they produce brilliant frame rates when coupled with a good processor and some decent ram
another good upgrade which is not too expensive is a sound card..for example you can get a soundblaster audigy card 5.1 for £29 and a good 5.1 speaker system for around £70 giving your p.c a really good audio uplift so you can get some real sound from your music
apart from that my friend you have a very good system
good luck

The motherboard, on board graphics aren't up to much for game playing, so either disable on board graphics and get a decent Graphics card, or new motherboard and new graphics card. The rest of what you have seems fine.
