If you go to a shop that sells dance shoes (like ballet slippers, tap shoes, ect) they have this gel stuff that you can use inside your shoes that molds to the shape of your foot. It works great!

Best way is to cover your feet in Band-Aids or plasters for those non-Ozzies, and wear them as much a possible to try to soften the shoes. Also, there are things called party feet, they're pretty good at stopping blisters, but don't use them if the shoes are very tight across the top of your feet, as they will hurt more.

I know this answer is not going to be helpful, but stop wasting money on shoes that dont fit and are wrecking your feet. I use to do what you did and wear shoes too big or too small....then I had to have foot surgery to correct all of that........dump them and get something that fits.

different than for doing the plaster element, blah, blah, blah attempt rubbing vaseline into the interior the heel of the shoe, this might soften it, then merely flex the shoe somewhat besides, it incredibly is going to soften over the years yet you may could do it quite a few circumstances.

There's stuff that they sell at sporting goods or stores where you get equipment if you are a marathon runner that runners use to prevent chafing while they run and it is supposed to do wonders to keep from getting blisters. I wish I could remember the name of it!
