Which you would like on your wall at home? What's the maximum you would go to in order to have the picture?

depending on what you can actually afford, I wouldd't pay more than a couple of hundred for an etching or print, and if its a painting maybe 7- 8 hundred to pay more I would have to really like it or it would have to be quite old,

I saw some nice abstract paintings at an exhibition last year but thought the pricetags (around €1500) were a bit much. So I went home, got out some nice bright paints from the garage and a kitchen sponge and knocked out a couple. Put them in some large unused wood frames and they don't look bad over the fireplace. Seriously.

I think I'd only go up to £60... I'm a total cheapskate and hate to spend money on what I can do myself, I have like the paint and the canvas and all that, just not the skill. But one day i will try!

If it was worth having, then yes you would be prepared to pay the asking price, then its on your wall

depends many of peoples tatse but put a value on it of what you think its worth and how it means to you and what you would buy it for! alot of people would pay for unusual
