It could be many things, but at only 46 I doubt it's "final."

Maintaining great eating habits and exercising is vital.

Some people swear by taking omega-3 fatty acid supplements which certainly can't hurt a healthy person. However, if you are on blood thinner medication or have a blood clotting disorder consult your doctor first.

If you are taking any medications, particularly those for high blood pressure or depression they may be the culprits. If so, ask your doctor to try something different.

If you are otherwise healthy and your symptoms get worse, see a doctor. You seem a bit young to be experiencing this.
Good luck!

Please get and exam from your doctor to rule out disease. But in general a regular exercise routine (including weight training to keep your muscles firm and stimulate your body's production of testosterone and aerobic exercise for your cardiovascular system, after all and erection is blood flow and the better shape you are in the better erections you will have), and kegel exercises will help a great deal. And don't forget to watch what you eat and get a good vitamin /mineral supplement.

I am 50 yrs old, and must disagree with the other replies that say it is all over.

Go see your doctor to check for any underlying medical reasons for your problem.

As long as you exercise and eat a good diet, and do it with the one you love, all should carry on for a good few years to come.

Us older guys can out run these younger dudes with the ladies any day of the week.

People should read the question more carefully. He does not have ED, he only says his ejaculation is weaker.
Start doing kegal excercises everyday and take supplements designed for prostate health.

It's all over buddy. Take heart, though, no women attractive enough to **** would want a guy your age anyway. It's nature's way of telling you it's time to call it quits.
