No. Most crimes are committed under circumstances that
involve all humanity in one way or another. It is a long and
debatable subject, so to make it simple to understand, say
the offender was the only person in existence, the answer
is no. Say he has a partner, the answer still is no. Now say
there are three, then the answer is perhaps. Customs and
what is right or wrong build up with the number of people
concerned, so how can we judge if, often we are the
greatest collective offender. Therefore, I repeat, NO.

Yes, for all capital crimes!
You may disagree but this is the only way to put an end to them!
It would take a while but sooner than later the message would be clear.
Do the crime, forfeit your life!
I believe every living human being knows the difference between capital right and capital wrong by the age of 7.
Have fun but be safe!

It's a hard decision to make but I would say Yes for Capital Punishment...the problem is not to wait years to carry out the sentence.. get it over with as soon as possible.

It cost 20k a year to keep a person imprisoned.
That is £20,000.00 of tax payers money that could be put towards, better facilities in schools, cleaner cutting edge hospitals, drugs research, etc etc.
So many ways to use that money that would benefit everyone.
It isn't really as simple as a yes or no question, but if you want a simple answer, my answer would be a yes.

Yes; I believe it is a deterrent to crimes, Tim McVeigh is permanently deterred from blowing up buildings. Allowing murders and traitors to live at the expense of others is not compassion.
They do not have the death penalty in Europe, they also have riots and a much higher crime rate. Yes it is true kids the Europeans have more crime than us; except Spain. They also have more swell riots.
