I am using itunes with my ipod. I deleted the song from the library using itunes. But i still see the song in device section. It appears to be grayed out so i can't select it to delete it. How do i erase it?

To delete songs from your iPOD, make sure it's connected to your PC with the iTunes on, and update your iPOD.

Either select update from menu or right click on the iPOD icon and select update.
