The answer is not a simple as working out the probabilities. For example, there is a significant probability that you met your partner in your class at school or college so there is a high probability that you are born in the same year.

I remember a Stephen King story where a couple with blood group AB- married. The probability of this happening are tiny, but they met at a blood doning clinic for people with rare blood groups. In this case environmental factors affected the probabilities

Quite high if you made it your lifelong goal. Just spend your life dedicated to looking for people that fit that criteria and then keep trying to seduce them one by one until you get a bite.
