Nope - different sub species ("monkeys" are on a different branch).

Humans are primates. Physical and genetic similarities show that the modern human species, Homo sapiens, has a very close relationship to another group of primate species, the apes. Humans and the so-called great apes (large apes) of Africa—chimpanzees (including bonobos, or so-called pygmy chimpanzees) and gorillas—share a very distant ancestor that lived sometime between 8 million and 6 million years ago but there is no direct lineage from chimps to humans. This would be like saying hogs had hippo forefathers.

The earliest humans evolved in Africa, and much of human evolution occurred on that continent. The fossils of early humans who lived between 6 million and 2 million years ago come entirely from Africa.

Most scientists distinguish among 12 to 19 different species of early humans. Scientists do not all agree, however, about how the species are related or which ones simply died out. Many early human species—probably the majority of them—left no descendants. Scientists also debate over how to identify and classify particular species of early humans, and about what factors influenced the evolution and extinction of each species.

Monkey is never in any form has anything in common with human being. I think there was one funny story that said monkey
had one time prayed to God to change his being to HUMAN BEING, and it was advised to stay indoor for 7 days. Unfortunately, he came out the 6th day when it discovered that it
was almost looking like a human being. It was shouting, that by this time of tomorrow, it would be turned fully to human being! by this time of tomorrow, it would turned to human being. This was the song it was singing. It is pity that its aim was never achieved

Abraham is the forefather of all human beings.

Human beings are Gods greatest creation..made up of a tri-part being i.e: Spirit realm, Soul realm, Body realm

Animals just have Body and Soul - no spirit!

Animals were put on earth just to roam about, provide food for humans, and to show us that God loves variety all his creations.

My answer to that question? I think you know...

Of course. There is so much evidence for evolution that it is considered by all reputable scientists a "scientific fact." Evolution is only a "theory" to those whose heads are buried in the sand, for their own psychological reasons.

Evolutionary terms believe that this is true, but for now, I'll put this to the side. What most scientist believe now-and-forth is that we evolved from the Phylogenetic 'Tree of Life', and we came straight out of Microscopic life, due to the fact of research of the Phylogenetic 'Tree of Life' that their evolutionary history came from Bacteria, Archaea, and Eukaryotes ancestors.
