I have always had SOME acne, but now, out of the blue, my face is all full or red spots. I am 32. Is it normal? What can be causing that? I am not into any medicine (such as birth control pill or anything). The usual cosmetics treatments are not helping. Can it be due to some hormonal unbalance?

You need to ask yourself some questions first. What have you been doing or eating lately that is different from your usual routine? Or maybe its just an infection or reaction to something.

See a doctor though.

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

Check out www.hufa.org - the yeast link. According to some of the reading I have been doing about yeast (I have a yeast syndrome - but not manifesting as acne), it can cause acne.

It could be that you have a blood sugar, hormone, or immune system imbalance that is allowing the yeast to overflourish.

Hope this helps.

I would go see a dermatologist. That happened to me a couple years ago and I received medication. Once it cleared, it didn't come back.

try pro-active - it worked wonders for my teenage daughter when all other medications prescribed by dermatologists failed - i even borrow it sometimes for my occasional breakouts, which are probably due to hormones, which could be your problem.
