for eyeliner, first ask your MOM ,and tell her to ,take your pencil liner, and glideit to the place you want it,nad then ask your mom,to take the yeliner, and trace over, the pencil liner!,then gently close your eyes!,(and if you want too,or your mom can do this!)and take the white sponge thing, for eye shadow, and pick any color, then from the color family, pick a dark one,and put it as your first layer, you can use a brush for this! then for the 2 layer, use a maduim tone, then a light tone, and if you lke it how it is ,leave it,and put mascara,on top lashes and down lashes.and if you don't like te eye shadow, take a brush or finger, and glide it gently on the colors! it will look great!

hope i helped

The easiest way to do it is to put eye shadow on from the outside edge in, putting really REALLY thin layers on at a time. Then with eye liner it's easiest to start with crayon, and stretch the corner of your eye out. Do little strokes about 3/4 on your top eyelid - don't do your inner eye, coz it looks a bit funny. For the bottom lid, pull your bottom lid down and do small light strokes again, as close to the rim as possible, if not on the rim. Use your ring finger to smudge them, it's softer. Remember, it's a lot easier to put on more than it is to take it off! Good luck!

It's good to use an eyeshadow that has three different colors.

Apply the darkest color to the crease of your eyelid (like where the top of your eyeball is under the lid).

Apply the medium color to the eyelid and on top of the darker color you applied.

Apply the lightest color to the part of your eye just below the eyebrow.

Finally, use a makeup sponge go from the outter part of your eye and blend the three colors all together going toward the inside of your eye.

The important part, especially at your age, is to remember that the makeup is to enhance your already existing beauty. You don't need to go overboard. Less is more. I totally understand you wanting to wear makeup, there's nothing wrong with it, even at your age!

There are different ways to apply eyeliner. One way is along the bottom of the eyelid above the eyelash line... it may feel funny the 1st few times but you get use to it after a while. Another way is along the bottom under the eyelash line. Then of couse there is the top above th eyelash line. Buy a soft pencil eyeliner. Since your new... don't use liquid you will just make a big mess trust me... use liquid once you get the hang of the pencil.

It really depends on your eyes. The next time you're at the mall, stop by a Clinique, Estee Lauder, ect counter and ask them what they would suggest. They will probably even ask you if you have time and they'll apply the product (of course they're hoping you'll purchase them, but your not obligated to). But at least you'll see how someone else would suggest applying it and what colors would look best.

well to apply eyeshadow you its easy you just close your eye and apply it on ....n the eyeliner its a little harder you have to look up n apply it along where your bottom eyelids are all along that....
well i have a different way of putting eyeliner, but its gonna be difficult for you as a first timer, I actually close my eye and put the liner inside my eye so that both the top and bottom part get collored....

well there are different kinds of ways to apply eye shadow... it all depends on what look you are going for... because it might be harder for you to take written directions vs actually having someone there with you to apply it.... i would recommend that you go to a store like macy's or any big department store with a makeup counter and have the salesperson there show you the different ways and what would look great on you.... also another good way to learn is to have a "makeup" party with your friends where you all try putting makeup on eachother... but definitely go to a makeup counter, esp since people might give you advice on how they put on their eyeshadow and that might have you looking a mess....
