I think that once you are gone, you are gone. However, there is a consciouness that sees through yours and everyone elses eyes, and that continues, eventhough your "self" which is just a biological by product of nature and nurture ceases to exist. maybe you are born again as someone else, in different time, and maybe we are all just the same person being born over and over again as everybdy else, love thine enemy....

I read a book of Sylvia Brown and being a psychic she has travelled to the other side. In this book she describes many many things to look forward to. First of all she says we will be reunited with all or loved ones including our pets on the other side, if we never met our soul mate here on earth they will be there for us in heaven. The souls that didnt make it to heaven because of a wrongful life will be sentintoanother life trying to make it better next time around. It was a very interesting book and when u finish reading it u will feel great! Another thing she says is do u know when u are in a flower garden here on earth and suddenly u feel so at peace? It is because it reminds u of home (heaven). No one is over 35 there is much love but no sex. Awww bummer!

Not sure. Some very rudimentery evidence (NOT HARD EVIDENCE) indicates some form of re-incarnation. Others point to nothing but just siezing to exist. I am not going to give any religious answer - as they all contradict each other. But it is important that we realize few things. That is death has no age (it happens to young, the old and even just borns); that death & old age are inevitable; and that life is a matter of making a pleasent journey and making it happy for others as we enjoy. Death can go to hell - I for one is concerned with being happy and making a fulfilling life. What think you? Good luck.

life, in heaven.
note: Racquel,
I have experienced death twice in my life, and Im only 16. First time, my heart stopped beating for 3 minutes, and finally the doctors got it beating again. Those three minutes were horrendous. I was falling through black space, nothing but blackness. I soon saw a bright light, and i tried to sheild my eyes from the light, but it was much too bright. I strong arm, or something grasped me and pulled me forward. And then I woke up. The second death experience was exactly the same.

Death is final - so nothing after death for the deceased - in this known world.

Burial, funeral, decomposition. But if you're looking on the religious side of things? Some people say an after life, the judgment, resurrection.

Nothing that the dead creature can experience. His body may be embalmed and buried after a ritual that costs much more than it's worth. His relatives are likely to fight over what he had. If one dies in the wilderness, various things consume his body.

Nothing.
It was nothing before we were born and it's nothing after death also.

You are aware that we are all living right? I don't see how we could answer that question if we have never experienced death.
