It doesn't exist today, though.
You can also visit http://www.w3.org/People/Berners-Lee/FAQ.html#Examples about the baby-internet. Berners Lee is the inventor of www, thus he is the best source to learn about web

hmmm... interesting question. no clue at all but i think because internet appeared for arm forces to communicate with each other. so there is alot possiblity that they have some kind of site they uploaded on internet. but the first i checked on internet was i think yahoo.com i m not sure but i think it was the first site i checked

The Internet was invented or founded by medical researchers in Switzerland, so I imagine it was probably something groundbreaking & for the good of Human kind.

I dunno, but it was probably pretty boring as at that point it was just universities and researchers trying out the protocals to see if they'd work.
