Okay so the story is, I was pulling in to work the other day (and I work alone behind a hotel front desk) and this 16 year old punk girl who lives in the neighborhood would not get out of the way so I could park so I simply just honked at her. When I got out of the car she "Asked what my problem was and she spit in my face not once but TWICE!" then had the nerve to call me a "pu$$" for not doing anything about it! What was I suppose to do though because I'm a big guy and she's just a girl. I ended up having to pay her $20 just so she'd get out of my way so I could get into work and she'd leave me alone. I've never been challenged or bullied by ANYone and I was too embarassed, ashamed, and scared to death to report it to anyone and then this morning she showed up at my job AGAIN, (I'm guessin on her way walking to school) and asked me "So, do you have my $20 bucks for today?" I gave it to her because I didn't want any problems or my car to get messed up or something.

push her out of the way, don't hit her. or just run her over and steal her wallet. I'm sorry I would just be so compelled to run her over. But I would be able to beat her up. hah If she did that to me she'd be sh*tting her teeth for a week

What you need to do is go to the cops and tell them what happened. Then they can go and talk to her parents. She is 16 you are 20. They know you can't do anything about it. Make sure the cops tell her parents that if she comes near you or your car or your place of employment you will have no other option than to press charges of harassment. This little girl needs to learn a lesson. I would go fill a police report on her and then put a restraining order on her. You should do that. It may be a little embarrassing but which would you rather have. Be a little embarrassed now or keep paying her 20 bucks everyday?

My friend blackmail is one of the strongest forms of persuasion you get. you have to options break her face or get a women to do it or get the cops in. I was blackmailed once by a women for some thing I would never have done. In the end all these people understand is fear. Sad to say but now days you have to be a bigger pig than the next person. you shold ask why she is doing that to you and maybe you need to get her parents involved in this situation. she seems like she does not have any manners. she is younger then you do not stoop to he level and she is just trying to get a reaction out of you but if you feel like you want to set her straight i say do so.

i would have called the cops and had her arrested for assault as she spit on you. it may have made matters worse, but you could just keep having her arrested until her parents were sick of bailing her out and may be motivated to keep her home.
