Is it true that Eton Road and Ray have been axed from the X Factor because they already had a record deal??

Xfactor has released a statement confirming that this is untrue. However, its a mystery as to why the other boy band were disqualified because chico from last year also had a management deal when he entered the competition.

I know Avenue were disqualified for that reason, but since that was on the show I'm guessing you already heard that. I haven't heard anything about Eton Road or Ray being disqualified though.
