You should just be honest about your work experience...tell them you haven't had a job yet but you are hardworking, determined and a fast learner. As for the reason to work within the company..again be honest, what attracted you there in the first place? Maybe it looks like a fun, safe environment to work in, or you enjoy working with the general public, or that its close to home, etc. Good luck!

Are those questions in an equivalent danger monitoring section? the only time i've got seen those variety of questions approximately a sort it is been in a tear-off section, used to video reveal in spite of if or not they are attracting applicants from diverse sections of society. i don't think of it is illegitimate in itself to ask such questions in spite of if it relies upon on in spite of if or not they use it by way of fact the grounds for selection and, if so, in spite of if by using doing so as that they discriminate (at as quickly as or in a roundabout way) on the grounds of race, intercourse etc. The regulation would not say you are able to not discriminate against people who do not very own their very own residence yet, if case in point, females or human beings from ethnic minorities have been heavily much less probably to be house vendors, this could be oblique discrimination and the business organization could ought to reveal why it became a justifiable standards. Have they presented you with a individual specification for the positioned up, putting forward the standards for the interest?
