Learning Organisation - Learning organization is a term popularized by Peter Senge's The Fifth Discipline. It refers to a corporate culture that cherishes continuous improvement.
organisational learning - In Organizational development (OD), learning is a characteristic of an adaptive organization, i.e., an organization that is able to sense changes in signals from its environment (both internal and external) and adapt accordingly. (see adaptive system). OD specialists endeavor to assist their clients to learn from experience and incorporate the learning as feedback into the planning process.

Learning to organise is learning organisation. This does not need even two persons, One can learn to organise his own simple room, to place things in an organised manner to carry out routine with lesser hassles.
Organisational learning is about getting the feel of running an organisation, which has many people in it working at various capacities, on voluntary basis or on wages or both.

This conceptual paper looks at and discusses differences between the concepts of organizational learning and (the) learning organization. Since there still seems to be confusion regarding the meaning of the two concepts, aims to clarify the two main existing distinctions – that organizational learning is existing processes while learning organization is an ideal form of organization. Also distinguishes between a traditional and a social perspective of organizational learning, which the existing distinctions have not – at least not explicitly. Thus, distinctions are made between three concepts. In addition to the improvement of the existing distinctions, suggests two complementary ones – entities of learning and knowledge location. These two distinctions might make it easier to distinguish also between the two perspectives of organizational learning.
