i wanna get 2 level 2. but i gotta answer questions. do u guys know where or how i can find questions that weren't already voted 4 best, and i can still answer?

while in your chosen category, click the answer button and then sort by number of answers twice. This will display all questions in the category that have no answers.

Why not just keep checking in to see new questions posted? If you are confident of your expertise, and do in fact answer the question correctly, you will be voted best no matter how many answers there are.
Also, when you answer a question and click submit, you will see below all answers - a list of open questions and those resolved. There are buttons you can click to view all the questions you care to answer.

try the "Search for question" box, just type what you are looking 4.
