When I erased an entry in my inbox today, I erased the whole thing but I hadn't read it all and I had some messages I still needed. Help! Please!

First open your windows explorer. The explorer will auto open using your login name.

Browse first to the following folder path:
C:\Documents and Settings\"your login name\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\OUTLOOK_Backup

See if there is an "inbox.pst"

if so you can import that pst back into your inbox by opening outlook, click on email, and file\importexport

Import that file. It will only contain up to the last time it backed up. Usually when you close your outlook.

I hope this helps

Quickly see if they are in your "trash" bin -- not the Recycle Bin -- the trash folder which is listed below the inbox on the left side of the window.

I'm afraid you should have pressed the UNDO button on your computer as soon as you made the error. I am not sure if this will work now.
