I AM! I'm still ticked-off! There's NO WAY that vickers should've won the race. I'm an 8 fan, too. Oh well, next week's another race........
I think that karma will catch up to brian.

♥GO Dale Jr. #8♥

It sucks because Dale Jr by far had the best car on the track but all it took was for one driver to mess it all up. I'm over it now, it was a racing deal but karma has a strange way of coming back and biting ya!

I'm more upset with the fact that Brian Vickers and Jeff Gordon blamed Dale Jr for their wreckes. Dale Jr had nothing to do with Jeff Gordon wrecking and he surely didn't have a damn thing to do with Brian Vickers trying to push Jimmie up to the front. That was all Brian's fault as he mis-calculated his moves.

And I'm really pissed off that there are people who keep putting all Nascar fans in the same category. Just because some fans threw trash onto the track does not mean that they represent every Nascar fan. People are so quick to place the blame on Dale Jr fans for that mess getting on the track. How do they even know that those were Dale Jr fans...for all we know those could have been Jimmie Johnson fans because there were a lot of Jimmie Johnson fans who were ticked off at what happened.

IMO, people need to stop putting the fans of drivers in the same category because we are all not the same!

If I am mad about anything, it is the type of racing that NASCAR likes to promote at Talladega. I am sorry that the accident happened because it certainly isn't the way that I like to see races end, but I applaud Jimmie Johnson and Brian Vickers for attempting to overtake the leader of the race. After all, too many times we see the cars just play follow the leader at the end of these races with no attempt to pass for the win. Yes, Vickers accidentally got into Johnson.

I would feel the same no matter who was leading.

As a Fantasy player I was more upset over the Two big ones. The wreck was not intentional. the problem was the plates choking HP. Vickers made the right move. Follow the #48 in a two car draft and pass Dale. Had the cars had the power of the larger plate they would have made a clean pass. The #8 fans should stop cheerleading. He was bump drafting all day.

First off Millie, Jr was penalized 25 points for cussing and it wasn't on the radio, it was in a post race interview. How in the world does that even have anything to do with what happened yesterday???
I was VERY upset at first at JJ becasue I didn't realize what Vickers had done. It sure would not have made sense for JJ to wreck Jr and take them both out; a 2nd place finish would have been bettre for JJ than what he ended up with. This was a case of an inexperienced driver greedy for his first win and didn't care how he got it. And then he tries to blame Jr for the wreck???

There's no reason to be mad.It was clearly unintentional and Dale knew it.I'm also a huge Earnhardt fan.I always have been. When Senior was alive,he called up the driver of a modified car that my brother was the crew chief for and had him join the Earnhardt team. The driver was Steve Park.We all know he got more than just bumped on more than one occasion. But that's what makes up a good crew.If we went around blaming everyone for the unpredictably of Nascar, then we would all be Gordon and Stewart fans!

If Gordon, Johnson,Earnhardt had done this it would be just racing. But the fact that it was a lame duck driver(changing teams next year) that was involved everyone is mad.Well sorry it was a damn good race and a racing accident happened. And if someone points a finger point it at Johnsons spotter,he made the call.

I am still fired up.
I hope Hendrick dismisses Vickers this week.

Talladega is like Earnhardt's house, and I think the fans responded accordingly. I think it is hilarious people have more to say about the fans response than about the racing. Dale Jr fans run the show. Nascar will need to aim to please.

I think it's kind of funny. I'm not a Jr. fan or a fan of Jimmie Johnson. I also think it was very bad sportsmanship for the fans (Jr. fans) to be yelling profanities while Vickers was in Victory Lane.
