"Immobiliare" is simply the Italian word for "Real Estate." I think you're confusing this with the fictional company in Godfather III.

This word does not exist in english language, exists in italian,spanish,romanian(but not with double "m")language.
It means dealing with real estate, companies that sell, buy, rent appartment, houses,lands, etc.
This should be all to understand the word!
