Since there is no financial gain to be made, the threat level will have to be alot higher before they do anything other than call for sanctions. The administration will be content to let China and Russia handle the problem.

Please, they are NOT MINE. I suspect that they had this planned all along. N.Korea said they would not test if we, the U.S. would talk directly with them. We refused. Talking is not an unreasonable request, it didn't mean they had to agree just talk. We messed that up for a reason. This is scary, what will this administration do now, having the war powers behind them. My government is out of control, I am ashamed of them.
