If you find a machine, it can cost you a lot of money. You can get an audio cord that could hook up to the cassette player to the audio line in your computer. From there you need a free software called exact audio copy. This way is inexpensive and you call also burn to an MP3 player. You can get a cord from your electronics store.

Yes, there is a cassette deck that you plug into you PC that then converts the files into a file then you can burn them to CD's. I am not sure how easy they are to come by though. Had friend who did this for his vinyl collection.
